What does the word “worry” mean to you? In times of uncertainty, we spend our days worried about what might happen in the future, which is usually negative. Today, we’re tackling ways we combat the crippling effects of worrying in hopes to live a happier, healthier life. By focusing on our faith instead of fear, we can stand firm into the idea that this too shall pass. Worrying about it won’t change the future, but ask yourself this question: are you allowing it to change your present?
