In this episode Eric shows his true narcissism, braiding and talking down to James O'Keefe for the entire episode. He's literally berating James for exposing the things he doesn't want exposed all while simultaneously saying the work James does is important. Eric continues to shame James over his life work, all because Eric doesn't believe that some people should be exposed, while others should but he can't articulate why one should an one should not be exposed.
