Ricki Hall opens up to Dr Linda about his battles with drug and alcohol addiction that have plagued him for over a decade, and culminated in a life changing episode earlier this year.

Now sober and looking forward to the future, Ricki reflects on his stints in rehab, how he battles every day with his addictions and how fitness helps to keep him on track.
