***TRIGGER WARNING***

One of our Raves this week contains talk about domestic violence. Please listen with care if this is a trigger for you.

*****

Jess has a bone to pick with fashion designers who insist on putting buttons halfway up the arm on sleeves. The ladies talk about the fact that almost all plus size clothing seems to one option each season and it’s not the ones we want. Moving on to Dana's rant, she doesn’t even remember writing it in!!!! She's got a major beef with all these app updates that seem to come out of nowhere. Just when you get comfortable with the layout of your favorite app, bam! It changes on you without warning or instructions.

Dana Rave - (from a listener)

Supportive Managers.

I know that I’m probably one of the few people that actually has a manager that I adore and appreciate. I’ve worked at this same company for almost 8 years. I’ve been through probably 8-12 different managers during my time through multiple departments. When I got into engineering, I had a manager that I was fine with but he never really understood my job because technically my job wasn’t well defined yet. About 6 months into my position I had to change managers again...

So big thanks to all the great, supportive, understanding managers out there. Keep communicating with your team and treat them like adults that you respect. Because you should anyway!
