Guillaume shares his thoughts on three things to focus on when thinking about any project: 1) have a clear finance and build plan; 2) invest time in the tender and procurement process; and 3) have a contingency in place. He also talks about effectively communicating with subcontractors and builders, how often to do site visits, how much you really should be paying up front and how to deal with over runs.
