Over the last 20 years, he's led over 10,000 hours of LIVE worship and has a passion to strengthen worship leaders and creatives of all types and help them thrive. In addition, he owns a production company called Firelight Creative that produces musicals, films, and the annual Creative Legacy Conference. He has written and produced multiple award-winning films and has released multiple worship albums along with being featured on multiple compilation projects.
