Focal is a Service Provider based in Ipswich, 45 minutes west of Brisbane CBD. This year they celebrate 50 years in business, and what a wonderful achievement for this Not For Profit organisation to have achieved.

Maddie and Patty dive into discussion about Patty's journey through the NDIS and her passion for making a difference in the lives of people living with a disability. Patty talks about the challenges for Participants in the community who have difficulties in getting the right funding, and what it means to be able to provide the services that this organisation does for their Participants.
