I've been finding so many new ways to be productive as a busy mama and I just had to share that goodness because I know it can help so many people that have been trying to figure out the balancing act in their own lives.

BEST TIPS in a nutshell:
1. Braindump ALL of the to-do's you have in your mind at the beginning of the week.
2. Prioritize what needs to get done FIRST and put it into your schedule.
3. Try to have a MAX to-do list of 5 items/day (it helps you to focus better on the most important tasks at hand).
4. Remember to schedule in self-care because it is SO important.
5. Schedule in breaks, meals, exercise, to keep your life balanced and give yourself time to recharge.
6. Spend less time on your phone doing mindless things like scrolling other people's feeds, binging on TV, etc. Schedule in like 1 hour a day or whatever feels good to you and then dedicate the rest of your time to things that will help you get to your goals.
7. Entertain yourself with things that will help you learn and grow if you want to become a more successful version of you.
8. BE KIND TO YOURSELF. No one is perfect. Some days may be better than others. Some days may be more productive and others you may need to relax more.
