1.Your past :

To hold on to your past can always creates suffering, even if it was wonderful. There's a saying that you can't reach for anything new, if your hands are still full of yesterday's junk. The past, its done, let go, move on with your head held high.

2.Comparision:

Stop insulting yourself by comparing yourself with others. Never compare your start with someone else end. You never know how their start was. Be unique that's what you meant to be and remember comparison is the only theif of joy.

3.Expectation:

Do not make yourself a victim for your own expectation. You can not blame people for not meeting your expectations and do not feel hurt for your own blunder. You have to blame yourself for expecting too much. Expectation from others can actually mentally destroys you. Low expectation is the key to lead a peaceful life.

4.Fear:

There's a saying that out of all the liars in the world, sometimes the worst are our own fear. You fear of your failure while others are afraid of your potential. You can overcome your fear only by one thing...Begin.Yes, start implementing your ideas and turn your can't into can and turn your dreams into plans.
