There is frequent talk about the unintended harmful consequences of decisions and actions that are made - but how often do we hear about the unintended and unexpected benefits of our actions?

In this episode we discuss a variety of important life topics with Monique Gore-Massy, a national and international lupus patient advocate. Also known as the LemonadeMaker, Monique believes that each patient has the opportunity to turn life's lemons into purpose for themselves and others.

In life's challenges, and even with autoimmune disease, we find that we can see unexpected benefits and life lessons to help ourselves and others.
