In this spot coaching session, Janine Quijije (Non-Profit CAO) discovers that she can take her power back by exploring and embracing a period of play. Often we associate playfulness with a negative connoation that stems from a perception that those who play are not to be taken seriously or could be unreliable. But what if we allowed ourselves to be free of judgement and felt safe to play? What would happen if we truly removed the need to be perceived as perfect and replaced it with time to embrace that inner child. To run barefoot, to laugh uncontrollably, to stop proving yourself and breathe in a lighter version. Would we then sustain happiness? Janine is shifting from a period of pause into a period of play, and so should you.
