Ranya Akacha is the Founder of Real Business Matters, a specialist in working with business owners who are stressed out and want help to grow their business. 

Ranya grew up surrounded by business owners, so it seemed natural for Ranya to buy a beauty salon business, even if she was only 21 and studying full-time doing a degree in Commerce Accounting. 

In addition to running her own travel agency and chemical manufacturing business, Ranya became a business improvement specialist for Qantas Airways. Today she shares about her journey from corporate to entrepreneurship, focusing on what she loves the most, in supporting small business owners and family-owned businesses.
