In this special series "The Not-So-Supreme Court", we talk about all the setbacks exacted upon the people. Most, if not every single one, of these decisions adversely affect the marginalized. We're actually regressing here. Not only going back 50 years to yank independence for half of the population, but back to merry old colonizer homelandia where the Church is State is Church.
