Now if you’re wondering who he is, you might know him as @food.lies on the old Instagram, or from the very enlightening documentary “The Game Changers Debunked”. This guy is LEGIT. He’s sooooo passionate about health, the planet, and we talked allll things MEAT. Everything Brian says is backed up by science and to be honest, is pretty hard to argue with.
I legitimately missed so many questions because I just got so excited about chatting with him. (He’s definitely one of my peoples).
