Ways to keep healthy! Now we love our dreams, in fact here at lifepullups we live for our dreams. We think dreams are awesome!! But living a life without health would take that fun away. If you always are dealing with sinus problems, that might make it hard to sing. If you have chronic fatigue that might make it hard to live the body building dream. What ever your dream is the number one thing that you need to do is start with a dream of good health. If you are in poor health it can almost be impossible to accomplish your dream. Now you may be thinking i'm in good health, i'm young. This may be. But unless you are eating extremely clean with a diet high in wholefood plants chances are you could have way more energy. What does every lifestyle diet have in common? The Mediterranean diet, paleo, vegetarian, vegan? They all agree that the majority of your food should be fruits and veggies. It wasn't until i got extremely sick where i realized how bad i was eating. But i thought i was healthy, nope it turns out all that whole grain was just as bad as the white bread. It wasn't until i completely did a 180 degree flip in my nutrition till i got healthy. Today i spent 1000's of hours researching this stuff. Why? Because it got me healthy!
