Hi folks, it’s me, Vaughn aka Coach Vaughn and this is the inaugural episode of the next iteration of the Average is Failure movement. I’m joined by my friend and cohost Randall Phyall, and together we are thinking about how to build a successful podcast. We decided to document our journey so you could have a peek into our journey and process. In this episode we discuss a brief history of the successes and failures of Average is Failure. We also begin forecasting a bit about what topics we may cover on this show and start considering questions such as target audience, etc. You also get to see some of the non-business factors that affect what we plan to do such as family-life, our day-to-day work, and even our own self-esteem.
