This is the first in the four-day countdown to launching RESET 2021 on Friday, January 1st 2021.
This personal challenge came about when I was researching and writing for a blog post and podcast for Carers' Hearts, on the 17th November 2020. "Make mine a large one!".
The process of exploring why carers can self-medicate with alcohol and prescription medicines, helped me to realise that I might be using wine and sugary treats to manage some unhelpful and negative emotions.
In this episode, I share the three negative behaviours I will be changing throughout 2021 and brief details about why I chose them.
Tomorrow, I will be sharing the SMART metrics I am going to use to help me measure and monitor my progress, as well as planning for triggers that might pop up along the way!
