This week I am exploring the term “Carer or Caregiver Addition” and how it can be possible to become addicted to caring for others but for your own emotional benefit; why it is important to recognise when this might be happening and how you can refocus on building a meaningful life, outside of unpaid caring, to meet those emotional needs.
