Sebastien Richard was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.He is a certified leadership trainer as well as a busy author, Bible teacher, and entrepreneur.In the course of a tumultuous childhood marked by several moves, he had a life-changing encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ at the age of nine.Despite being the product of a broken household, poverty-stricken years, and various trials, the call on his life for ministry was felt strongly from his late teens well into adulthood.At age 45, unable to resist God's call on his life any longer, Sebastien left his full-time government job of 18 years with Canada Post to pursue full time ministry with his wife, Elisabeth.Together, they founded Thriving on Purpose Ministries, where they teach God's people about the Kingdom of God, faith, leadership, personal growth, and the many lies that keep believers bound.A true renaissance man, Sebastien has shared his versatile knowledge and taught many people in Canada, the U.S., Pakistan, and India. He is a strong researcher, a gifted teacher, and a dynamic speaker who, so far, has authored five books.When he's not busy with work, or with leading his family to further happiness and bliss, he enjoys masterminding with Elisabeth at breakfast time, family road trips, researching and formulating fringe theories, watching documentaries, and family movie-night while chowing down pizza.Sebastien lives in Prince Edward Island, Canada with his wife and his three children (Jason, Marissa, and Katelyn).
