Soul, an incredible film made by the genius' at Disney & Pixar.
Touching on so many real-life scenes, scenarios and emotions it's hard to not relate to this movie!

Here are the RAW notes I phone on my phone from the movie, not all were mentioned in the Video/Podcast.

Soul Film:

Receiving a full-time job at a crappy school

People shitting on his back up plan

Possible dream opportunity

Judgement for being a middle school teacher

Opportunity to shine, dreaming of being elsewhere, lost in the music

Defying the odds,

Stairway to heaven,

The great before, stages process of personalities. Designing personalities before birth..

Finding the spark, in you.

Outside picture of your life, sitting around looking at life as it is.

Constantly pushed away, pushed down.

(meaningless)

His spark is music, piano, changing someone else's spark

Not being able to find your spark x

The zone, massive dark shadows are doubt (Lost souls) !

So many of them, sad. You know, lost souls are not much different to those in the zone, the zone is enjoyable, but when that joy becomes an obsession, one becomes disconnected from life.

Should stop sending so many people through self-absorbed.

Telling the trust and everyone be so enticed

Realising everyone doesn't have it focused.

Keeping secrets from mum because she doesn't believe in your goals.

The subway, every day the same, day in, day out.

Mum taking digs. Setting out a life that's not suited for you.

You can't eat dreams for breakfast joey,

Then I don't wanna eat.

This isn't about my carrier mum, it's about my reason for living.

I don't really have time for that right now? Well, why don't you wait until you die a second time to realise how much time you got?

You're a fish in the ocean already, not a small pond. It doesn't change or get easier. What you got right now is what you got right now.

Appreciating the little moments, the small aspects of life. Hearing the music, feeling the breeze, the touch of the blade and the wave of emotions. The smile of memory and the tear of a passing. The colours of the trees and the blindness of a light. The taste of a desert and the scratching of the chalk. The essence of a touch, a kiss, the rays of the sun, the absolute bliss of being there, right there, in that specific moment, apart of the massive picture.

Words have such an impact on people. Piece of paper example.

It's not often you get a second chance at life, be thankful and ask yourself how are you going to spend your life, I'm going to live every minute of it.
