Roland Pankewich comes from a professionally diverse background both in formal education and experience. His years of experience in the field of exercise mechanics mixed with formal study of; nutrition, biochemistry, functional medicine, and biophysics allows him to see things from unique perspectives that are always based in the philosophy of holistic physiology. In that, he sees the body as an integrated and interconnected system and uses this approach in how he works with his clients. In the last few years he has carved out a niche where he focuses on the practice of Athletic Health Development which specializes in working with professional hockey players and other high performance individuals. He believes that maximal health is required for maximal performance and uses a personalized approach to lay the foundation and road map for; what the client needs, what his client want to accomplish taking all while taking into consideration of they are ready for.
