Choosing your towel rail valve can be frustrating. Hence we have this short video which explains which type of valves you need for your towel warmer.
Basically there is thermostatic and manual valves for towel racks. Thermostatic valves, also known as thermostatic radiator valves (TRV) are not really needed for bathrooms.
These thermostatic valves, normally control the space heater room radiators. Let’s say, upstair rooms can be hotter than the ground floor and you can control the temperature and flow with TRV.
Manual valves are for opening & closing the flow completely as well as making a connection between towel rail and central heating pipes.
Angled Valves = For Pipes coming from wall
Straight Valves = For pipes coming out of floor
Corner Valves = For Pipes coming from wall
We do stock White-Chrome-Anthracite-Black Manual and Trv valves.
