1. Our pastor was along term pastor (5+ Years).
2. Our pastor departed under circumstances that have caused divisions.
3. We need to "stop the bleeding."
4. We need to hire a new pastor who will identify a new direction for the church.
5. We need to hire a new pastor who will fit well with the staff.
6. Our leadership will find it challenging to provide strong ongoing leadership for the church through a season of transition.
7. Our church may consider the possibility of appointing one of our staff members to be the new Lead Pastor.
