This episode I reflect on my 2015 summit of Denali. The challenges of the climb, conditions, and interpersonal relationships; and how I am applying the lessons learned in my life now. 

I talk about how those three words Patience, Persistance, Perseverance are synonymous with mountaineering and overcoming trauma.
