Okay, cool. So, um, anyone that's watching this, um, this is, uh, Misty, and we're going to go through a normal call here, but she's had phenomenal results with massive pain, and she's gracefully allowed me to record this so it could help someone.

0:20

You if you're watching this anywhere around, uh, planet Earth that have been damaged by antibiotics. So we're just going to do our normal call.

0:27

Okay. All right. Cool. So tell me all the good news.

0:31

I know you sent me the, um, your little, uh, thing about your pain, so kind of give me an update and, uh, we'll take it from there.

0:40

Well, it's I'm really amazed at the turnaround because I couldn't get out of bed and it's been. Almost a year to the date.

0:50

It actually a little over a year. So just this last month, just starting like your program, I've been able to get out of bed. For instance, I had to help my daughter move, um, unexpectedly the other day, and that was really only a little bit of a setback and not really a setback.

1:10

Just my body wasn't prepared, you know, because I have gone from being bedridden and completely out of shape to, you know, really physically exerting myself.

1:22

I mean, I'll let you know, like, this is like, incredible. Like.

1:27

I mean, yes, this doesn't happen like for everyone. I just want to make sure that's clear. Like this.

1:32

This doesn't. You never know when these are going to happen, right? That's the thing.

1:36

Like you never know. And I, I thought going into your case, you were going to be very, very tough because your labs came back like what I call purdy and clean, right.

1:47

Yeah. So they weren't lit up like a Christmas tree.

1:51

Um, so, you know, I try and gauge cases.

1:54

I'm like, oh, man, I think Misty's case is going to be a little, a little difficult.

1:57

So I just want to make sure I understand this. You were, like, literally bedridden.

2:03

Yes. Confined to your bed for over.

2:08

A chair, period. Could not even sit in a chair.

2:11

You could not even sit in a chair.

2:13

Couldn't hold myself up. Like you were like like laying in the bed.

2:17

Like that's how. How how it was.

2:20

Yes. Okay, I didn't know. Yeah. I didn't know the extent of it.

2:23

I knew you were bedridden. I didn't know it was that bad.

2:27

Wow. And and that was happening for a year.

2:31

Yes, I would start to get better.

2:34

Off and on. I went through a little bit of physical therapy.

2:37

They couldn't really help me and nobody knew. Nobody had any answers for me except for more testing. More testing.

2:46

Right, I understand that. And you? And you've gone through, like, tons of testing, right?

2:52

Yes, I still have more coming up.

2:55

I don't know that I'm going to continue.

2:58

Right. Yeah, yeah, I would, uh, I would cancel those appointments.

3:02

Right. Right. And I, I really had a lot of damage to my.

3:08

At one point I had 12 bulging discs.

3:10

I have spondylolisthesis now spinal stenosis. Um, anything that you can think of wrong with the back. I have that now, and I just was not strong enough myself, even upright. But now I can.

3:25

Yeah, you look way better. Your complexion works better.

3:28

Your your your facial muscles, like they're they're just more tone.

3:33

Everything's completely different. Yes.

3:36

Awesome. Well, congratulations. That's like gives me goosebumps.

3:39

So thank. You. You know, I set a program out and, um.

3:44

You know, my thought process was just so you understand is because I knew you were bedridden. I didn't try and throw everything at you in the kitchen and the kitchen sink because it would just get too overwhelming.

3:54

So maybe just tell us what were the biggest things that you, you you did that really you think really helped you?

4:02

Well, prior to contacting you, I had started watching some of your videos and I was doing the, um, the IV drink.

4:11

And it was helping. I was getting some energy, but I it still there was still something missing.

4:18

I knew there was still something missing because. I was just hoping to be able to get out of bed. So that's when I contacted you.

4:26

And like, I had no idea.

4:29

I thought, you know, I thought, like, the worst thing that I was eating was like, chips here and there or some ice cream, having no idea that everything that I was eating was making me sick.

4:41

Like mostly chicken. Mostly I would eat leftovers, I would eat chow. I would try to eat seven cups of vegetables a day.

4:49

Okay. Having no idea just thinking I was doing the right thing. Like. But I wasn't.

4:57

So just explain to us when you say you're eating seven cups of vegetables and now you're not. What? What things did I recommend that you implemented?

5:05

Um, in your, like, life?

5:08

You suggested the carnivorous diet with, um, you know, some fruit.

5:14

Mostly like peaches. Apples, uh, pears.

5:19

I seem to feel better. When I was eating peaches, apples and only beef. I would have some sort of reaction because my face is still turning red here and there. But not nearly as bad as what it was like. I was literally on fire from my head to my toes, and I had no idea that it was not just my environment, but also the things that I was eating.

5:43

I think that really had a big role in what was going on.

5:46

Yeah, hugely. I mean, I remember when you were on the phone, like your whole neck was like cherry red and your face was red, and this is only I mean, I sent so just to give people the dates today's June 25th of 2024.

6:02

Um. And I sent this plan over June 6th.

6:07

Right. Two weeks. Yes. It's seven.

6:11

Weeks. Uh, maybe. Maybe more than that. Maybe two and a half weeks. Yeah.

6:16

Okay, so. I was always really in good shape, like, good physical shape.

6:23

But just this last year, I've gained, like, 30 pounds.

6:27

I lost all of my muscle tone just because I couldn't move without being in so much pain.

6:33

Yeah, that's that's crazy. So what? What's like, kind of give me an idea of, like, what's your breakfast like?

6:38

Or what kind of foods you're eating because people would be interested in knowing what Misty's doing or what that looks like.

6:44

Well, I'm. I'm doing. Oh, that's another thing I changed with the drink because at first I didn't really.

6:51

Like it, I didn't.

6:53

So try to drink it once.

6:56

I would drink it once at like, you know, either in the morning or at night.

7:00

And that would be I would just be drinking water or coffee.

7:04

And then I would eat only meat.

7:07

But I was still eating like chicken or pork until I realized that was causing me to have like a serious reaction.

7:15

Like I was really becoming really red.

7:18

I could barely breathe. I had a runny nose.

7:22

Um, so then I just cut out everything, and I just only eat, like, ground beef in the morning. Um, for lunch.

7:30

If I'm hungry, I'll have more ground beef or, um, like chuck roast or chuck steak.

7:37

Steak for dinner. So just an alternating.

7:40

That's it. That's it. Only thing. And I did have the night that we had to move my daughter.

7:47

We just out of pure exhaustion.

7:49

We ate pizza. Oh, you got a flare.

7:53

It was terrible. Yep. I was straight back to the bed.

7:57

And that was not yesterday but the day before. So I know, but that's not happening anymore.

8:04

Yeah. I think, you know, it's interesting because one, when people recover, you know, there's always life is full of temptations, right? I mean, we're all victim of temptations. And, you know, it's like, you know, people recover and then they're like, shit, I just had to have that cake.

8:18

And then they have the cake, and then they're on the toilet for two weeks and they get flare, and that's the last time that they've ever had a cake, you know?

8:24

So it just all comes down to like, what's your tolerance level and what and how, you know, that desire to have something is, uh, you know, it can it can break people for sure just because that's the human spirit kind of thing.

8:38

Yes. Yeah, because I didn't realize even how much that I really enjoyed just eating vegetables or, you know, eating avocado or.

8:49

I had no idea. Like about a, um, antihistamine.

8:53

List of foods that you know that some people might react to.

8:57

Yeah. Like my. So it just really sent me down a whole spiraling into another hole.

9:04

Yeah, that's that's that's incredible.

9:06

Mr.. I'm serious. Yeah. You know, I try and tell people like vegetables, you know, tell people that vegetables are, are, are poisons and they have poisons in them. And they look at you and they question you.

9:19

And because it goes so much against the grain. Mhm.

9:22

But like you're the proof right. Like this is why this is so like you're gonna make such a huge impact on this on people with this video is like the proof's in the pudding. Like I can recommend things.

9:33

Uh, but you got better and I can tell you, like, there's a lot of other people since I've been doing that have gotten much, much better, quicker.

9:41

Uh, and now you can, like, you're not going to have to live in a fricking bedroom your whole life. That's like, you're too young for that.

9:47

I know I really I and it's really hard mentally to go from being able to do anything that you want, anything physically to and to not being able to do anything, even care for yourself.

10:03

You know, to be the burden on your family.

10:06

Yeah for sure. How did you initially get injured or damaged?

10:11

I. I never put the pieces together.

10:14

I thought at first, you know, my boyfriend, he works for the automotive industry, so he got Covid, but I never tested positive for Covid. But I was really sick.

10:25

So, you know, I went to the emergency room and stuff, didn't test positive.

10:30

I ended up back in the emergency room with a sepsis. I had a kidney infection and ever had a kidney stone before, so it didn't make any sense to me.

10:42

Um, and I only found out a couple of months ago that that was my first time being given levaquin.

10:48

Ah. And then it just I kept getting.

10:51

I would hurt my back after that or my neck.

10:54

I'd end up back at the doctors, I'd have another kidney infection, another round of ciprofloxacin. And it's just going on for years.

11:04

How many rounds did they give you? It's been going on for four years.

11:08

I've had at least four doses.

11:11

I've had three doses of ciprofloxacin that I know of, and I also had the levkin.

11:17

Wow. So that's four right there.

11:20

Yeah. And I. It's so scary and so overwhelming to see what happens to so many people. And wonder, you know, is that is that all that's really in store for me now just from not knowing?

11:34

And nobody told me? No. I feel like the only way someone should be able to give you a medication like that.

11:42

Just to have a couple doctors in the room, or a doctor and a nurse, and you've got to sign some paperwork stating that you understand the consequences of what could happen if you're going to be given this.

11:52

You know, I understand there's emergencies, but. Those last three times.

11:57

They were not being one thing, right?

12:00

No I get. Yeah. There's always something like a life emergencies that you gotta handle for sure.

12:06

Right, but you're really altering people's lives. And when I asked my doctor, could this be what's going on with me?

12:13

Every doctor that I've talked to has literally acted like I'm crazy, but I have no idea what I'm talking about.

12:19

Yeah, and I say, that's fine, but at the end of the day, I've got to have someone help me get back to my car so I can make it home.

12:28

Right? Because I can't yourself here.

12:30

And then I'm stuck in. And it just didn't go anywhere, obviously.

12:36

But yeah, it's pretty exciting. So congratulations man.

12:39

That's awesome. Thank you. Thank you.

12:43

Yeah. You're welcome. Um, just a couple of other questions here in your plan. Did you ever get the key machine?

12:50

Yes. Okay, cool.

12:52

And then. Every day.

12:54

Alright, so let's kind of go over this and look at your plan because, you know, the key machine. So I recommend the key machine and then the massager for your gut.

13:03

Yes. And then that. And then red light therapy.

13:05

So just kind of tell us your experience with that. And how is that how that has been going. Um.

13:12

I had a red light therapy prior to this, and I had been using it on my back because it was so bad.

13:18

I think that key machine really helped.

13:21

Like. Even further than the red light just using the red light, because my legs and ankles had gotten so swollen and my tendons were so swollen all the way on the outside of my legs, up to my knee that I couldn't walk. It was really unbelievable.

13:40

And nobody really knew what was wrong.

13:42

But after using the machine, I think it was.

13:45

I think I only had it for a week when I was finally able to get out of bed again.

13:50

Wow. That's that's insane. I mean, it just goes to show you, I think, like, when people are bedridden.

13:56

Or or have a hard time walking.

13:58

I mean, they they you're not getting like the blood flow of the lymph flow and just the energy flow.

14:04

When you use a key machine, like when you use the key machine, just describe it to what's the feeling that you get when you actually use it.

14:12

It's really relaxing.

14:15

Um, I've always been kind of a type A personality, you know?

14:19

Really, this last year has really helped me.

14:23

So I'm not used to sitting in one place, but I've learned a lot.

14:27

And if I try to meditate while I'm doing it and just get in a really relaxed.

14:32

Um, just to calm everything down, to try to calm down my vagus nerve, calm everything down, just kind of block everything else out. That's when I feel like I get the most benefit from it.

14:42

Yeah. Okay, cool. I mean, that's awesome.

14:45

Um, and then initially here, um, you put, like, uh, brain fog has been your your brain fog.

14:55

It's getting so much better.

14:58

It was so bad that I really felt like I had had a stroke, and I went to the doctor to find out if I had a stroke, because I couldn't come up with words.

15:11

I know it's I'm still not there 100%, but it is so much better.

15:16

Well, I. Mean, give me my hair.

15:18

My hair standing up on my arm here, man.

15:20

That's insane. But it's really humbling because you get to a point where you don't want to have a conversation with someone because you know that you're not making perfect sense or you're not. Sounding the way that you want to sound, or maybe being able to come up with a words that you need to describe what's going on with you.

15:41

It's really scary. But then to be able to make such a difference and just a couple of weeks.

15:47

Yeah. It's it's it's awesome.

15:49

Yeah. And then you had some vision issues too.

15:54

Those are still there. Okay, that changed yet?

15:58

I'm hoping I'm not giving up hope.

16:00

Well, we're only two weeks in. We got a long time here.

16:04

All right. We got a whole year's worth of four years.

16:08

So. Okay, cool. Um.

16:11

All right. That's awesome. So, um.

16:19

And what about here? Did you do, like the Epsom salt baths?

16:23

Um. And did you eat something at night for, like, just to kind of monitor your blood sugars?

16:29

Yes. And I was doing that because I think what was happening was I was waking up around 3 or 4 in the morning. Um, a lot of times, but that seemed to have stopped.

16:42

I'm not having that problem anymore. But every night before bed, um, I do take the Epsom salt bath and that really helps.

16:50

Especially for my back. Yeah. So this is another critical point because a lot of people, um.

16:56

You know, if they're not eating enough protein. So you way increase your protein.

16:59

If they're not eating enough protein, then they their sugar levels drop at night, then they wake up and then they're always waking up at like 3 a.m. and then your body can never recover, and you're just stuck in a cycle of always waking up at three, uh, you know, 3 a.m..

17:13

Yes. Yep. I was on that cycle.

17:17

And sometimes longer than that, you know, because I don't fall right back asleep.

17:22

But I'm up. But not anymore.

17:25

That has stopped, thank God. Yeah, that's. That's awesome.

17:28

Cool. All right, so, um, I mean, I would like to. Here's what I think we should do.

17:36

I think like because we're on such a winning streak, you don't really want to mess with things. And I think just getting this protein in your body is going to rebuild your protein deficiency.

17:47

That's been happening for such a long period of time. So I don't think we should do anything. I think we should have another call in three weeks, and then in three weeks we can see where we're at. And then I would like to add a few other things, like, you know, a couple things that stand out is, um, like cell membrane health, like fish oil and maybe some fossil title Coleen to start helping the cell membrane.

18:05

But I don't think we want to do that yet because, I mean you're killing it in only two weeks.

18:12

Thank God. I'm not complaining.

18:14

Yeah, right. That's awesome. Okay, cool.

18:18

Do you have anything else to to add here, Misty?

18:21

Just two things I was going to add.

18:24

Yeah. I also been doing, um, cupping, you know, a little. Yep.

18:30

Okay. I'm doing that on my back.

18:33

Um, and also using a gua sha.

18:36

So cupping on the back, did you get one of those in Amazon that you kind of like pumped the air out of it?

18:41

No, these are just little handheld.

18:44

The rubber ones I got them on Amazon okay.

18:47

But on my back just to get the blood flowing into that area.

18:51

Okay. That's good to know. And then what.

18:54

Was the other thing that you mentioned? I don't know what that is.

18:57

It's a little, um, it's a handheld, like a stone, and you just scrape it.

19:03

You just scrape your muscles anywhere.

19:05

If you're scraping your muscle and it's showing up like red, then you have, like, some inflammation there.

19:12

Okay, so I my back, I've done it on my legs and my ankles.

19:17

Okay? Just just can you can you.

19:20

Send me that link? I'd like to see. See that?

19:22

Sure. Maybe. Maybe it's something I can add in my toolbox.

19:26

So how often are you doing the chi machine right now?

19:30

Every day. Every day, okay. In the morning?

19:32

Or do you have doing it twice a day or just once a day?

19:35

Or sometimes I do it twice.

19:37

At first I just started in the mornings, but now I do it in the morning and at night.

19:41

Okay, cool. All right. Very good. So I don't really have anything to add to your case right now.

19:46

I think we should continue as is. And you're crushing it. And your video is going to make like a huge impact on people.

19:52

Do you have any other questions for me at all?

19:57

Um. You know anything about your program or anything like that?

20:05

I'm really happy with the with the program.

20:07

I think it's going great. Yeah. And I ride a carnivore diet before.

20:12

And what? I would have never gone on a carnivore diet without that, I would have been like, no.

20:18

It took me like lots of books to read it and went over and over and over it.

20:22

And like I was telling you, I've been doing it since January.

20:25

So today is June. So what, six months?

20:28

And it's helped me out tremendously too.

20:30

So it's just a matter of getting over your old fixed ideas.

20:35

And I'll tell you, people are really, really, really fixed on vegetables.

20:39

And like when you're sick, you always think vegetables are the answer.

20:42

So when people come to you, they're like, what are you eating? I'm eating spinach and kale and broccoli.

20:47

And it's just like this accumulation of vegetables over and over and over.

20:51

And then they're sicker and sicker and sicker. Yes. Like I didn't have the strength.

20:56

It's a it's just amazing to me.

20:58

Like, really? That's the way we're supposed to be eating, I think, and not the other stuff.

21:03

Yeah, I agree 100%. Okay, cool. I'll schedule you in in three weeks, and then you don't need to keep your blood sugars anymore because those were like perfect. Okay.

21:13

Cool. Within normal. And then your blood pressure was good too. So I mean, just keep on doing what you're doing.

21:19

Keep on eating the protein. And then in three weeks, I'll have a call.

21:21

Then I'm going to want to just add a few elements I think where for like more uh, like neurology kind of components and fish oil and those kind of things.

21:32

Okay. Thank you so much. Really.

21:34

Ciao, ciao. You're awesome. You're doing a great job.

21:36

And, Misty, you may you're gonna make a huge impact with this video on people.

21:41

Thank you so much. I really appreciate it.

21:43

You're welcome. Take care. Bye bye.
