Observing nature in a reflective state is one of the highest forms of worship. Spending time in nature is also integral to our health and well-being. As the world becomes increasingly “modernized” and “suburban,” it is important to seek out opportunities to be in and observe nature. Pursuing a lifestyle that is off-grid is difficult, something worth considering, but not impossible. We are overdue to get back to what is natural. How do we start? Sh. He is currently working with the BBC on nature program and government nature therapy.
