Karen Wilmot is the founder of the Virtual Midwife, where she supports expecting expats during the entire pregnancy. She understands perfectly how challenging it is to go through a pregnancy while abroad, as she herself is a serial expat and has been working with others who lead the same lifestyle for a decade.

Karen is also one of the pioneers of the Mother and Baby Wellness Center in Muscat, Oman.
