The word “organic” seems to be spoken more and more with each passing year, as consumers are demanding more knowledge about where their food comes from (for good reason). Presence of the word “organic” has become one of the major contributors to whether a consumer views a label as “clean”. Join me as I sit down with Kathryn Tadio, adjunct professor at George Mason University, as we clear the air around the word "organic".
