Welcome to Unlearn IT! A podcast that is a restorative device intended to make our healing process less ghastly. Here, we pay our homage to the our "identities" and bid them farewell as we walk each other home. Each week, we delve deeper into the unmapped journey of self-discovery. We're gonna get lost in order to be found. We're gonna break in order to open. The podcast encompasses both ego and soul; both light and dark so brace yourself. The crux topic here is self and self-actualization. Subsequent topics are trauma, developmental psychology, relationships, sex, metaphysical and the like.
