Author Filmmaker Jeff Brown, discusses his latest book, Grounded Spirituality where he dispels common rhetoric for a more realized approach of moving through the body and into the emotions, to overcome trauma and process more fully to evolve ourselves. Jeff credits Alexander Lowen -co founder of Bioenergetic Analysis for the beneficial results of effective processing.
