Rocky has 24+ years of military and civil service; He is a Casualty Assistance Representative (CAR) at the United States Department of the Air Force.

He provides prompt reporting, dignified and humane notification, and efficient, thorough, and compassionate assistance to family members. He has a Master of Science in Leadership, a Bachelor of Arts in Management, and an Associate of Science in Human Services and Aviation Maintenance. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Scrum Master (ASM), and Professional Manager (PMC).

His core competencies include planning, leading, and delivering high-quality maintenance and customer service programs for large, complex organizations. He is also a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt with a proven track record of improving systems and equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and increasing productivity.
