Peter Smith and Raven Hernandez are the co-founders of Earth Rides, a ride-hailing app focused on providing fair living wages via employees as drivers and reducing carbon emissions by utilizing a 100% electric vehicle fleet.

Peter is a Doctor of Chiropractic and has spent the last 15+ years growing his own businesses though fresh approaches to customer acquisition and growth marketing.

Raven received her B.A. in Philosophy from Lipscomb University in 2016 and her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2019.  As a natural relationship builder, she focuses on developing strategic alliances at the city and state level as well as amongst national clean technology organizations.
