Here to talk with our host David Welch about programming to help develop new leaders and what makes students make the effort to develop leadership skills is Rachael Meads. She is the director of Student Activities, Leadership, and Fraternity and Sorority Life at Shepherd University in  West Virginia. Rachael and David discuss some of the benefits and challenges that can arise from developing leadership skills in students and universities.
