Welcome to Season 2 Episode 13 of Upstream Downstream. Here to talk with Bianca Ison is Dr. Kenneth Martis. Ken is a Professor Emeritus of Geography at West Virginia University, where he teaches courses on the geography of elections, the geographical aspects of American political culture, and Legislative redistricting and gerrymandering. For those of you who keep up with the Stubblefield Institute, Ken was a  guest panelist earlier this year at the American Conversation Series forum on what redistricting would possibly look like for West Virginia.
