We have 2 brains. The Central Nervous System in our brains, along with the Enteric Nervous System in our guts.

We all ought to improve the health of our physical bodies in all areas, and to keep special attention upon our brains. If the brain in your head does not like to be exposed to the suffering and exploitation of animals, then what reason is there that would prove that your gut is not affected as well?

For the sake of your health, the animals, your conscious, our planet, and love, please begin implementing Veganism into your everyday lifestyle.

My favorite actress, Natalie Portman, often subtly speaks on Veganism in interviews by saying that if every person eats a vegan meal once per day, or merely even once per week, it would vastly impact our beautiful planet in a positive way. And she is 100% right!

Sometimes non-vegans may be intimidated by Veganism perhaps because of an aggressive experience, or from meeting a rare sort of human-hating vegan that shoves the lifestyle right into everyone's business. But the vast majority of vegans are genuinely looking to positively change the world for the sake of everyone's wellbeing.

Natalie Portman's perspective definitely offers a meditative and accepting view of applying Veganism to the world. Getting the entire world to change their minds on something will absolutely take decades of time and social education, but with the internet, Veganism (and every other beautiful thing that deserves more exposure) amongst the population is accelerating rapidly.

If any of you are interested in becoming vegan, or want to share this lifestyle with someone else, great resources to start your self-education on this progressive topic are vegan documentaries.

What The Health, Cowspiracy, Forks Over Knives, and Earthlings, are full of quality information exploring the toxic behavior in the Animal Farming Industry, as well as how Veganism can positively impact our planet, your health, our connections with each other, and more.

Also, I have heard that the Natalie-Portman-produced documentary called Eating Animals (released in 2018), is also a great place to start. There is also a partly-animated movie about human's connections with animals and the future of GMO animal farming in a movie called Okja.

To my knowledge, all of the films I have mentioned are indeed available on Netflix!

I am so grateful for all you Vibetarians!Thank you so much for listening.
