On top of being President-Elect of the Rural Doctors Association of Australia, Dr Megan Belot is a Rural Generalist in Kerang where she supervises GP trainees.
While supervising trainees in a GP clinic adds to her workload, the extra resources this junior colleague brings to the practice more than make up for it, helping a town which faced a drought of doctors just a few years ago.
