Cleveland's 58th mayor Justin Bibb has reached his first 100 days in office. It kicked off with a cold welcome from Mother Nature as a major snowstorm hit the city. Residents couldn’t navigate unplowed streets and called for the mayor to do something. A mayor who barely had the chance to warm his office chair was met with his first big challenge to fix the city's snow removal system. What he did with that time would be tested quickly because another storm hit soon after, and this time resident's complaints were met with action, utilizing technology by activating a brand new snowplow tracker to inform people of streets that had been cleared and it was updated hourly— progress tracked in time. Time is something Bibb wants voters to be mindful of, saying, "Change takes time. Structural change takes even more time."
