Givaudan is the world’s largest flavours and fragrances company. In fact, one in four of any food and cosmetic products we use will include Givaudan products. In this episode of the podcast we speak with Fabio Campanile who is their global head of science & technology, taste & wellbeing. Givaudan is a fascinating example of a huge organization taking advantage of its resources in order to cooperate with start-ups from around the world, thus benefitting from the special characteristics of each eco-system.
