When we decide to get in shape, we usually opt for salads, lemon, water, or hiring a personal trainer. Nowadays, many of us are doing fitness challenges or even going further to compete in fitness competitions. All of these are great endeavors, but many of us overlook the degree that nutrition plays in our overall fitness goals. It becomes hard to stick with restrictive diets, so we often revert to unhealthy replacements, subsequently removing our energy, making us cloudy and unmotivated to stay active.
