If you are not happy right now, it is your fault. What, how can I be so inconsiderate?! Who should I blame then so that we can actually get solutions? We can point at everybody but lasting change only occurs when we start taking the needed actions, no one can do it for us. So when we make it our fault, the power is returning into our hands.
