Most recent college grads have it rough. Living with multiple roommates, rifling through applications and job interviews only to find out they didn't have enough experience for their entry level job. What was it all for? But not Wes Hamer. He had landed a great job with a recognizable name in the lucrative oil and gas industry before he'd even graduated. A year or two in, he had already leveled up and was commuting on a private plane out to West Texas for the day, working for one of Oklahoma City's most notorious O & G companies. He had bought his first house, married his college sweetheart, and most would say he was well on his way to the American Dream. But in 2014, while those same college grads were finally starting on their own professional track, he and his wife left their comfortable jobs and sought out on a different adventure. For almost a year, they would travel to places I only dream of.  Now a co-founder in an oil & gas startup, a David among Goliaths, he takes on one of his biggest challenges yet.
