Hey, sistar!  I am super excited about today’s topic! But, then again I’m always super excited about today’s topic. Lol! Yasss, we are going to be discussing the Throat Chakra. We’re going to be talking about chakra because it affects our communication. When this chakra is imbalanced (overactive or underactive) effective communication with others is compromised. Today’s episode will highlight how an imbalanced throat chakra can present.
