Our podcast intentionally combines both Traditional Indigenous Culture & Hip-Hop Culture which serves to both our youth & senior listeners. The podcast is pre-recorded in North Central, Regina which is home to one of the largest Urban Indigenous populations in Canada. This podcast has been created to encourage and support Indigenous Health & Wellness by providing a platform for community members and/or helpers to share their experiences to encourage others.
