Today’s episode discusses machine learning (ML) & artificial intelligence (AI) which has become increasingly prominent in Communications Centers. Despite some pushbacks, it has already become an essential part of our daily lives. We are right, however, to slow down and wonder why it is advancing so fast, who has a stake in it, and what we can do to correct its course if necessary. Most importantly, what happens when AI begins to think on its own and becomes self-aware?

Some leaders speak of the potential of machine learning (ML) & artificial intelligence (AI), and how it’s nothing short of miraculous, but could the blessing be a curse?

But as the saying goes, with great power comes great responsibility.
