COVID 19 forced a lot of companies to rethink the concept of working from home. Many people were move to a remote work environment and this had some pros and cons for everybody. 

We will briefly talk about the US history of working from home, reviewing some benefits and negatives from the employee and employer perspective, and finally I will give you some tips and tricks to adapt to this new reality.
