I would love for you guys to really consider completing this challenge. It was made to create some conversations and for anyone and everyone to be heard. If you have an experience to share please don't be afraid to share them. This will be a safe space and I will read them. Even if you are not comfortable sharing them with me, talk to someone you may be close with.
