Jeanetta Hendricks is the General Manager for the Care division at Fedgroup.

In this role she oversees the operation of the Fedgroup Beneficiary Care offering. Hendricks has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry and has occupied a variety of roles which included advisory services, consulting, administration, and intermediary services to many corporate clients.

Her history in the healthcare industry has equipped her with skills and empathy for the people she serves, which is why Beneficiary Care sits close to her heart.

Hendricks completed her MBA on the role of marketing strategies in service delivery in 2019.
