In today’s society, there’s a pressure or expectation to succeed at a much younger age. Yet the fact is, the majority of us don’t know what we want to do, and if we do, we don’t know how to get there. Advice at this point in life, from people at the top is invaluable, yet for most people it’s not accessible. We started When it Clicked with the aim to change this and start conversations between the successful and the driven. In our podcast, we interview people from all industries, uncovering their stories of success, route to the top and the moment they believe that it ‘clicked’. Every story is unique, but the common theme throughout our interviews is a passion for their careers and the want to invest in the younger generation’s future.
