The estate can always be turned into something good and the couple would have loved it. The book is all about what it should be turned into. Both Isabel and Larz came from a diverse family background and it was only destiny that they spend the rest of their lives with each other. It was definitely a romantic affair when they met and it only became better. Both of them were not poor by any means. Money was never a problem for them as it would probably be an even bigger problem of where they will put their wealth. If only all of us would have a problem like that then life would not have been so hard like it is right now. They would probably never have to endure a day job in order to get what they want in life. It would be just like getting what they would want in life.

They are used to ordering people around like peasants. In 1955, a majority of it was carved to make it look like a public skating rink. It definitely became useful when it was a snowy weather. However, it became really useless when it is summer time since it is very dry. This is why a lot of people are wondering why they made it look like an ice skating rink. However, it is an outdoor skating rink so it would be better if they put a roof on top of it to make it look indoor because it will become very slippery when it is raining. Many people wanted to sell their property in Brooklyn when the couple died so we will never know if they will agree to such a transaction. It is certain that they would not want to do that if they are alive but they did not have any children to inherit their property to so that is a big disadvantage for a couple who decided not to have children. They could have adopted some but they chose not to do that either for some reason.
