Today's guest, Kelly Love certainly can, using a system that associates everything from your hair line, to the shape of your chin, combined with your personal history- all to uncover your unconscious patterns. For Kelly, the modality of psychosomatic therapy is personal. About four years ago, Kelly began her healing journey facing unimaginable trauma -everything from incest to deep loss. While talk therapy helped her feel “normal,” it could neither help her move on, nor could it integrate the mind-body connection. When a holistic healing mentor looked at her and read her body like it was a book, Kelly realized that she needed to go deeper, to understand the messages her body was trying to communicate. In this episode, we explore embodiment therapy, my own face & body reading with Kelly, and how we can create a new ending to the story despite our most painful traumas.
